Six cities are standard, which means they are on the regular run and need no special arrangement:
Any other city is arranged on the confirmation call. That is not a polite refusal - it genuinely often works. It simply is not on a fixed schedule, so we would rather agree the timing with you directly than promise a date on a web page and miss it.
If your city is not on the list, place the order anyway and say where you are. We will tell you on the call whether we can reach you and when. You are not committed to anything until that call, and no payment is taken before it.
In Lahore, orders placed in the morning are usually delivered the next day. The confirmation call happens the same day you order.
For the other five standard cities, allow a little longer and confirm the window on the call. For a function with a fixed date - a wedding, a mosque iftar, a corporate event - order to arrive the day before, never on the day itself. Traffic and venue access cause more failed deliveries than distance ever does.
Retail orders are cash on delivery. Nothing is charged online, and the order form does not ask for card details, because we never handle them.
Two reasons. First, bundle orders change on the call more often than not - a flavour swap, a different size, one more bundle to cross the trade threshold - and a charge taken before that conversation would just need refunding. Second, cash on delivery is what most customers in Pakistan actually prefer, and pretending otherwise would help nobody.
Wholesale and trade orders can settle by bank transfer instead. Terms are on the wholesale page.
There is no account to create and no password to remember. The phone number is the only thing we genuinely need, because the call is the part that makes the rest work.
No payment online. We confirm the price and the delivery window by phone first.
